Billing system
Integrated into all Professional Series™ products is a billing system that captures all costs that are needed for running an enterprise fund activity. This billing system is done in real time. Audit trail
With all products in the Professional Series™ we record every database change to an audit trail that includes user, date/time, before and after image of the change. Ctrl-pad Inc.'s Professional Series™ uses the most stringent security, down to the data element. Each user is assigned to a security group and that group determines what they can see and do. To change notes, that group must be assigned permissions. The groups are easily set up and the security is done at the database level so it is universal no matter if the user is using the system through Windows or the Web. Exception handling
When a system exception happens, the information about the exception is recorded including a snapshot of the exception message. Built in to all Professional Series™ products is the ability to directly and securely upload that information to Ctrl-pad Inc. support staff so that we can react quickly and accurately to resolve the problem.
