Facilities Professional™
Facilities Professional™ is an asset management system written for the facilities manager or property manager. All work done in the system can be assigned to various shops or trades and the work can be done either in house or contracted. There are no limits on how the work is segmented and you can track each building by useful square footage and allocate utility cost and system cost (roof, exterior, HVAC, elevators) to the office or room groups based on their useful space.
You determine how you want the building or campus segmented. There can be a parent /child relationship throughout. The building is the parent and each floor/wing is a child. The floor/wing can then be the parent and an office suite is a child. All common systems can be linked to the building, including fire prevention systems & alarms, HVAC, exteriors, roofs and an unlimited number of other systems.
As with all software in The Professional Series™, you can design your own screens and reports. You are totally in charge of the system. You also have the option of having Ctrl-pad Inc. customize the system for your exacting needs. What could be better - a truly customized system for the cost of an off-the-shelf system.
